3. Matting

3.1 Dispersing
Mix the short-cut glass fibers with chemical additives, and make the fibers fully dispersed through the dispersing equipment to form a uniform suspension.
3.2 Wet felting
The well-dispersed fiber suspension is conveyed to the mat machine, and the fibers are deposited on the conveyor belt through the wet mat process, such as papermaking, sewing, needle-punching, etc., to form a certain thickness of wet mat.
3.3 Drying
The wet mat is dried by drying equipment to remove excess water, so that the mat has a certain strength and flexibility.
3.4 Heat treatment
The dried mat is heat-treated to improve the strength, flexibility, insulation and other properties of the mat.
4.Post-treatment
According to the requirements of product performance, the fiberglass mat roll is post-treated, such as coating, impregnation, composite, etc., to further improve the performance of the mat.
5. Cutting and packing
The finished fiberglass mat is cut into a certain size, and then packaged, stored or sold after passing the inspection.
